The intelligent visual inspection system integrates high-resolution industrial imaging, multispectral analysis and artificial intelligence recognition technologies, enabling high-speed online inspection of various packaging forms such as bottles, boxes, and hoses. The system captures the subtle features of product packaging through multi-angle light source configuration and high-speed image acquisition, and establishes a standardized quality assessment model.

The core detection functions include: the printing quality and positioning accuracy of labels, the integrity of bottle cap sealing and the consistency of tightening torque, the uniformity of filling liquid level height, and the surface cleanliness and foreign matter screening of packaging containers. For transparent or semi-transparent containers, polarization light imaging and background suppression algorithms are adopted to effectively eliminate reflection interference and accurately identify internal foreign substances and turbid defects.

In the field of pharmaceutical packaging, the system can verify the accuracy of the placement of drug instructions, the integrity of the indentation of the aluminum foil seal, and the issues of missing or incorrect grains in the blister board. For the inkjet-printed information of daily chemical products, the OCR character recognition technology is employed to ensure that the production date, batch number, and other traceability information are clearly legible and accurate.

This technology features fast detection speed, high recognition accuracy, and data traceability. It is widely applied in production lines of solid pharmaceutical preparations, injections, cosmetics, and personal care products, providing reliable technical support for industry quality compliance and safe production.
